Ordering

Placing an order with Arreis Cheveux is easy and hassle-free. Once you have had an opportunity to explore our website you can order via our online shop. If you have any questions regarding our hair products or about placing an order, you can contact us via customer service. We are available Monday- Friday: 10:00am- 6:00pm and Saturday 10am- 4pm ET to answer your questions and complete your order.

Payments

We accept almost all major credit cards and paypal for shipments within the United States. For all credit card payments, we require that the shipping address match the billing address of the card holder. If you would like to have your order shipped to an address different from your billing address, please contact customer service.

International Payments

If you are shipping an order outside of the United States or would like to make payment in a currency other than the US Dollar, we accept payment using Paypal or Western Union Foreign Exchange Service. The check out cart will allow you to select your payment method.

To provide payment using Western Union, please follow the instructions below to transfer funds to Arreis Cheveux. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped.

Instructions

  • You will need to open a FREE account with Western Union foreign exchange services. This account will allow for bank to bank payments using your computer, mobile phone, or by dialing customer service. Arreis Cheveux has a verified business account that has been reviewed and approved for transactions.
  • When you send a transfer using Western Union foreign exchange services your payment is funded through your personal bank account in your local currency and the funds deposited into Arries Cheveux’s business account in the required currency, USD.

Payment Plans

Arreis Cheveux offers two convenient payment plans that will allow you to easily finance your purchase, if you would rather not pay using our traditional direct payment options. You will be given the option to select your preferred payment method at check-out.

Layaway Plan

An online layaway plan that allows you to set and manage monthly payments deducted from your bank account or using MoneyGram®ExpressPayment® services. Once your account has reached the total purchase price of the product(s) reserved, and funds have been transferred to Arreis Cheveux, your order will be processed and shipped out.   • No credit check or credit requirement
  • Low fees 3.9% flat for toal purchase cost (so for a $300 order would have a $12.00 fee for service)

Bill Me Later

BillMeLater is a PayPal service that lets you Buy Now and Pay Later. Think of it as a secure, instant, and reusable credit line that is built-in to your Paypal account.
