Return & Exchange Policy
We offer one of the most flexible and convenient exchange and return policies in the industry. Our exchange and return policy allows you to shop with confidence knowing that exchanges and returns are a simple process. Free Shipping Both Ways- We offer FREE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS on purchases of $350 and greater. If you would like an exchange, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll send you a return mailing label free of charge. This offer is only valid for the original item. Rules and Restrictions for Free Shipping Both Ways:
- To qualify for Free Shipping Both Ways, the purchase price of an order must be at least $350. All customers whose orders have a purchase price less than $350 are responsible for all shipping charges.
- The exchange item(s) must be of equal or greater value than the return item(s)
- The return request form must be submitted within 7 days of the original delivery date. After 7 days of the original delivery date this offer expires and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Exchange orders are shipped using UPS Ground. You will be responsible for the incremental cost of faster shipping, if so desired.
- In order to qualify for an exchange the hair product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the bundle must be untied
- Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after the product delivery date with no restocking fee.
- Exchanges need to be of equal or greater value than the original order. Any order value above that of the original order is at your own expense.
- Only one exchange is given per order. If you are exchanging multiple products you must list all items on a single return request form.
- Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the exchange of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product.
Custom Order Policy
All Custom Order sales are final and no exchanges or returns are accepted. This includes all custom sizes for Full Lace Wigs and all hair products from our Colored Remy Hair Collection.
- In order to qualify for a refund the hair product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the bundle must be untied.
- Returns are allowed up to 30 days after the product original delivery date.
- If Return requests are submitted within 14 days of the delivery date the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.
- If Return requests are submitted between 15 and 30 days of the delivery date refunds will be granted in the form of store credit.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee: weft extensions, bulk hair for braiding, and clip-in extensions are subject to a restocking fee of $25.00. Full Lace Wigs are subject to a restocking fee of $75.00. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
- Only one return is given per order. If you are returning multiple products you must list all items on a single return request form.
- Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product.
Reasons why exchanges or returns will not be granted:
- The hair product shows signs of being removed from the original packaging and/or the hair bundle has been untied.
- The hair product shows visible signs of use or wear.
- The hair product has been washed, colored, cut, combed, brushed, or altered in any way.
- Return or exchange is submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
- Custom Orders, including all custom sizes for Full Lace Wigs and all products from our Colored Remy Hair Collection.
Please follow these instructions for exchanges or returns:
- It is required that you complete a Return Request Form for all exchanges and returns. Click the link to be directed to the Return Request Form.
- Once a return request has been submitted we will email you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) form and additional instructions.
- The product must be mailed in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the RMA form that was emailed to you.
- If you qualify for free return shipping we will provide a credit for the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For approved returns, please email email@example.com to confirm that you have shipped returned product(s) and provide tracking number, contact information, and order number.
- We recommend that our customers purchase delivery confirmation and shipping insurance. Arreis Cheveux will not be responsible for lost or damaged products due to mail services.
- All returned products will be inspected before an exchange is processed or a return is accepted and a refund processed.
- Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Please do not return any products without a RMA form. This will allow us to provide you with the best service. We assume no responsibility for unauthorized returns. We will only accept returns mailed to the address provided in the return merchandise authorization form that will be sent following submission of the return request form. Returns mailed to any other address will not be processed.
