Please read the following information as it contains terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations that apply to all customers of Arreis Cheveux.


Exchange Policy

  • In order to qualify for an exchange the hair product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the bundle must be untied. 
  • Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after the product delivery date with no restocking fee.
  • Exchanges need to be of equal or greater value than the original order. Any order value above that of the original order is at your own expense.
  • Only one exchange is given per order. If you are exchanging multiple products you must list all items on a single return request form.
  • Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the exchange of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product.

Custom Order Policy

All Custom Order sales are final and no exchanges or returns are accepted. 

Return Policy

  • In order to qualify for a refund the hair product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the bundle must be untied. 
  • Returns are allowed up to 30 days after the product original delivery date.
  • If Return requests are submitted within 14 days of the delivery date the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.
  • If Return requests are submitted between 15 and 30 days of the delivery date refunds will be granted in the form of store credit.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee: weft extensions, bulk hair for braiding, and clip-in extensions are subject to a restocking fee of $25.00. Full Lace Wigs are subject to a restocking fee of $75.00. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
  • Only one return is given per order. If you are returning multiple products you must list all items on a single return request form.
  • Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product.

Reasons why exchanges or returns will not be granted:

  • The hair product shows signs of being removed from the original packaging and/or the hair bundle has been untied.
  • The hair product shows visible signs of use or wear.
  • The hair product has been washed, colored, cut, combed, brushed, or altered in any way.
  • Return or exchange is submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

Shipping

Arreis Cheveux provides an efficient and punctual shipping service. All orders are processed daily. Orders for in-stock products placed Monday through Saturday by 2:00pm ET will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on a Sunday or holiday will be shipped the following business day. We will notify you with an estimated delivery time for products not available at our U.S. facilities.

International Shipping

Orders for shipment to an address outside the United States are mailed using International Priority Mail. International shipments must clear customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the requirements for custom clearance for their destination and to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all additional taxes, fees or duties.

Back-Ordered Items

Back-ordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. When a back-ordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Typically our back-ordered items require an additional 7-10 days for processing. If you have selected an item that is on back-order, you have the option to select an alternative product or to cancel your order free of charge.

Shipping Delays

We recommend that you place orders in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that are beyond Arreis Cheveux ability to control. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, inclement weather, natural disaster, incorrect address, failed delivery, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed for any of these reasons, we will not offer a refund of shipping charges.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at Shipping@ArreisCheveux.com .

Lost Shipments

Please track your order to confirm the estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 48 hours following the estimated delivery date to submit a Lost Shipment Claim. We will contact the mail carrier to search for your package.  The mail carriers investigation can take 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent immediately at no cost to the customer following the completion of the mail carrier’s investigation

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please be sure to provide the correct and complete mailing address for your order. Include the full street name, apartment number, and zip code. If the mailing address is incorrect or incomplete your order will be either delayed or returned to Arreis Cheveux. If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for all cost associated with reshipment. If an address correction is needed after an order has been submitted, you will be assessed a $15 fee to cover the charges related to processing incurred by Arreis Cheveux from mail carriers.

Ordering

Placing an order with Arreis Cheveux is easy and hassle-free. Once you have had an opportunity to explore our website you can order via our online shop. If you have any questions regarding our hair products or about placing an order, you can contact us via customer service (link). We are available Monday- Friday: 10:00am- 6:00pm and Saturday10am- 2pm ET to answer your questions and complete your order.

Payments

We accept almost all major credit cards and paypal for shipments within the United States. For all credit card payments, we require that the shipping address match the billing address of the card holder. If you would like to have your order shipped to an address different from your billing address, please contact customer service.

International Payments

If you are shipping an order outside of the United States, we require payment using Paypal or Western Union.

Arreis Cheveux trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Arreis Cheveux, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Arreis Cheveux. All other trademarks not owned by Arreis Cheveux or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Arreis Cheveux or its subsidiaries.

Policy Changes

Prices, specifications, and the availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any error, whether photographic or typographical is subject to correction. Arreis Cheveux, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
