To review your order information and tracking number, enter the order number you were provided when you completed checkout (and in your confirmation email) together with the e-mail address you used to place your order. We will instantly display your order details, tracking number, and any special notes that may have been added.
Your order is being processed once a confirmation email has been sent and your order appears in our look up system. The status will change to fulfilled once it has been shipped for delivery, at which point you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number.
Track your order shipment by using the tracking number you were provided in shipment confirmation email or search for it at Order Lookup (link). All orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation and will require a signature upon delivery. We will notify you when your order is nearby and out for delivery. For information on the estimated time of delivery, please contact the mail carrier service.
